We are looking for an accounting specialist to help with Foundation, Grant, and other Gift payments on the corporate side (Foundation accounting).
Person:
Demonstrated expertise in financial management and financial/funding management software
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excel expert, including building formulas with models; proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications
Day to day:
Manage payments (track, process) for Foundation and Global Corporate Giving, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for all foundation donations, as well as foundation and corporate expenses
Execute Employee Matching Gift Program and Reconcile monthly foundation financial statements
Review outstanding checks; void and reissue payments as necessary to align with policy and Manage (update, maintain) financial management system (CyberGrants) to ensure accuracy, data integrity and useability for internal and external users
Update grant applications and automatic notifications, employee and charitable organization interfaces
Provide customer service on expense and funding payments for internal and external partners
Track and validate other donations from the corporation
Audit and validate cash donations from other corporate business units
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
